Hey! So I'm not really familiar with the ads furniture, so could someone explain to me how they work possibly?

So basically, I entered my URL in right

But the image it's self doesn't change? I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or what, if someone could possibly explain how they work, that'd be really appreciated.
