I am searching for the best VPS, and the best proxy which should never be laggy and down ? Someone should prefer me the best one, idc if it was expensive.

Why recommend "website firewall" when the guy is looking for a VPS? Nonetheless, Sucuri is pretty much as bad as CloudFlare when it comes to security.

I'd recommend the host in my Sig.
They have servers in.
Germany (Hertnzer), London (Coventry D.C) & Canada (OVH) . They colocate in all locations apart from OVH ofc.

All locations have DDOS Protection.

Know i'm saying that's where the servers are located.

Canada is their newest location (Based on OVH network).

They have a cleaner interface so its awesome. Also provide Windows 2008 R2 & 2012 Trails for up to 180 days
