Portfowarding help. [What ports]

What ports will I have to portforward for a PHP RP Retro? I know I have to do port 80 but thats all I know tbh. What others are there?

What is the Protocol for them? On My Router it is like this:

Name - Start Port - End Port - Protocol - Local IP Address


My Router is: Virginmedia - Netgear

Start >> CMD >> IPCONFIG >> IPv4 address
