Portforwarding Won't Work

My friend and i making a rp and he done with the hotel but he can't portforward and he tried with 2 routers and it still did'nt work. he did it on dyndns and still did'nt portforward what should he do?

DynDNS don't portforward for you, you have to do it on your default gateway with your IPv4..

You can get a VPS or you can always call your network providers regarding port-forwarding and they will take him/her through it, there is nothing you can do if you can't port forward.
