Portforwarding my weird router

I've got a new router and I don't know how to portforward it.
I've tried everything and it doesn't work.

Servers are cheap enough these days. If it’s just a local project you can use local host, if not just look for a cheap server, sorry I’m not much of a helpful response I just don’t understand or see why you’d wanna portforward

If your doing a hotel, you should be able to goto the computer you are hosting it on (locally) and goto Windows Defender advanced firewall or some shit and allow all the ports there on your pc if you are hosting it on your pc.
