I have portforwarded and I can connect just fine, but other people can't. Any ideas?

Well you obviously haven't portforwarded it properly if other people can't connect.

30000 to 30000
30001 to 30001
3306 to 3306
1232 to 1232
9001 to 9001
(few of them are optional.)
go to command prompt, type in ipconfig [enter]
look at IPv4 Address and look at the last three numbers.
put the numbers in the "IP Address" option of your port-forward section of your router.
