Is that the rights port i have portforward?

And now in no-ip.com

The IP @ no-ip should be your public and not 192.168.0.10, that is your host IP meaning only you can access it, where others can access your public IP.
So go to whatismyip.com copy your IP paste it in that box and see if it works.
