Port Forward help.

I am currently trying to get my pc port forwarded to run xammp. I need these following things filled in (P.S. I am using a AT&T 2wire):

1. Protocol (TCP or UDP)

2. Port (or Range) From --- To ---

3. Protocol Timeout

4. Map to Host Port

5. Application type

• FTP
• H.323-based internet telephony
• DirectX Game
• IRC
• PPTP virtual private network server
• SIP-based internet telephony

If it port 80 then I'll get on T.V with you and help you out.I have AT&T 2wire and it was hard to portforward but I finally learnt how to.
