Port 3306 wont work?

Trying to portforward but it gives me the error

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I used Port 3306, any suggestions on how to fix this or any other ports that would work and if so would I need to change the port number in the coding?

Port 3306 is your database/mysql connection (by default)
Port 30,000 is your emulator connection (by default)
Port 30,0001 is your MUS connection port (by default)

Managed to get it so that when I type in the link it takes me to the site but then changes the url to

You must be registered for see links

how would I fix this so it shows the hotel URL at all times?
 
Now its back to when I use the actual URL it shows in the tab the hotel icon but takes me back to my router settings?
