You're still completely missing the point...This is vanilla, the whole point is that this is now possible in vanilla, not that you can install plugins for it, that's always been possible.

Vanilla doosnt have plugins vanilla has mods if so you have to download the mods then go to the vanilla server (open in winrar) then drag the mods in the specified locations now do the same for minecraft it self so its a mod not a plugin
