PlusEMU Stuck of 76%

Whenever i am trying to load the client, it sticks on 76% even with or without the proxy on the client.

When it sticks on 76%, it continues in to load on 76% and it says that 1 user is online, does anyone know how to fix?

If it doesn't work on your computer but it does on your VPS you have to open your ports , and I was using the old swf pack and my client got stuck on 76% aswell and said 1 user online , download the new swf pack and you should be fine.

When I had this issue, It was my external texts. Make sure that the URL(s) are correct. You can do this by opening developer tools and watching the console as the client loads.
