[PlusEMU R2]Could not find clothing part

Hi recently tried adding in a custom clothing. I've put everything where it needs to be but I cannot for the life of me find where the clothing ids are stored?
I've looked in "Catalogue_Clothing" but it's empty?
Anyone know where it stores the purchasable clothing?

The behavior data column needs to be matched with the clothing ID

The furniture table has a column clothing_id this needs to be linked to the table catalog_clothing and the ID’s need to match up

I've done this it doesn't seem to want to work. Could the clothing_id from the furniture table not be linked to the actual catalog_clothing table?
I've seen there is catalog clothing in the actual catalog it's self but their ID's don't seem to match up anywhere.

The behavior data column needs to be matched with the clothing ID

So I changed in the furniture table the Behavior_data to "2" along with Clothing_id to "2"
In catalog_clothing I changed the ID of the item to "2" also
It let me equip it but I can't find it in my wardrobe?
