PlusEMU R2.1 - Items doesnt save

Hello

I am getting errors with my hotel im using PlusEMU R2.1

Setted up everything, everything seems to be working fine but except for items , it doesnt save or not show on my inventory, when i buy furni on the catalog it shows up but when i put it in a room and pick it up , the furni is lost?

Any idea to fix this?
Does anyone have a good clean database? i need one :c pleasee and thanks

Is there any errors shown on the logs of the Emulator?

I have the same problem, but the furni disappear when I reload the emulator.

no :/ i tried different db and swfs still same problem :c
