PlusEMU not saved the coins and duckets with shutdown of emulator

Hello peoples, i'm brazilian i have faced a problem in my hotel.
My Plus Emulator fixed with new catalogue not is saved the coins and duckets in users online with shutdown of emulator.
Help me please
I'm using HelioCMS V5

Use the shutdown command on the console. Don't close the emulator.
