[PlusEMU Mono/Ubuntu] Decimal Issue

Hi.

I managed to succesfully setup my hotel on Ubuntu, NGINX with Mono PlusEMU, however we all know the issue where you are spawning outside the room on PlusEMU.
This is because the decimal on your system must be a dot instead of a comma, however I'm using Ubuntu Linux, does anyone here know how to change this?

Yes, however they show some sudo commands and change the local files, I tried and restarted NGINX and the entire server, not working.
