PLUSEMU - Lag when user types?

I've been having an issue that I cannot seem to resolve. When users type about 5 messages there is a little lag spike in the hotel.
Users can walk around, place furni, pick up furni without an issue, but when users type about 5 times a lag spike occurs.
Using PlusEMUR2. I've never ran into this issue before and it seems like fixing it is impossible.

I've checked the proxy, it's not the proxy.
The VPS is running smooth, and connection to the site is fast.

Possible that it could be that your CPU can't handle the threads as fast as they're being sent from your emulator.
What processor-RAM-HDD/SSD is your server?

VPS Shows:

I've never heard of TurnKey before but it could be either a VPS issue or a host issue, Do you have any logs that come out of the emulator? If you are looking to switch I would look into HostSavor they are reliable and have pretty affordable prices imo.
