PlusEMU hidden rank permissions

I'm using Habboons PlusEMU edit and wondering if you can answer the following questions:

- Is it possible to set hidden rank (Rank 10) Permissions?
- How do you give hidden rank mod tools as in plusemu they don't have mod tools.

Hello, can you help me with one thing. How do i get mod tools of from the VIP Rank on the Habboon Plus emulator.

There's completely no need to create a VIP rank, there's a column in the users table 'vip_rank' there you give a user VIP 1, 2 or 3.
1- Silver VIP
2 - Gold VIP
3 - Events Staff

If you are wanting to add a vip in the ranks table you just change permissions in permissions_commands.
