PlusEMU error

You must be registered for see links

After having endless errors, I noticed on my emu it had
to many connections from an ip address so I thought i'd reload the emu
and now this problem is showing
anyone know how to fix?

Is your configuration file set up correctly?
If NO:
Set it up correctly, if you need help locating or trying to config it, then let me know.
If YES:
Is the database SQL from the emulator rar uploaded to the database?
If YES:
Try reinstalling the emulator rar by extracting into the same location.
If continued, it'll be an error within the files, and I'd recommend downloading of habbofiles or ***** or something related to those sites, if you require furthur support let me know.
