PlusEmu - Can't Walk, but can talk

Hey Guys,

I haven't seen this one before and I haven't yet started to debug the issue but I was wondering if anyone has this problem before?

So randomly usually once an hour (and it appears to be Everytime the vps switches to a new hour such as 1:59pm to 2:00pm) the room users can't move but they can still talk, move furni, etc. I'm not getting any related errors it just appears that the cycle timer gets stuck

Have you tried restarting?

Jk, but I remember said bug a while back, something about changing the time format from a , to a .

Another type of issue is other users can move talk but you can't do any of them.
It seems like a socket issue.

Especially on Plus they seem to be badly done.
