PlusEMU Buying Clothing Catalog

hi i am on plusemu PRODUCTION-201601012205-226667486 and i am having an issue with the sellable clothing. i purchase an item in the catalog and i can use it just fine, it puts it on me, but it isn't showing in my avatar editor, so i can't take it off, unless i want to rebuy it again to put it back on, it's not my figuredata i dont think, because selectable is 1 and sellable is 1.

P.S: my hotel does have some custom clothing, so idk if that could be an issue or not, but yeah
