Hey,
the client loads up normally without the proxy set up in the hotel, however when I have set it up it seems to get stuck at 76%,
Not sure if I set up incorrectly or not.

well, that's strange as you're using r63b (plusemu) and that client i'm pretty sure is for r63 hotels.
is your emu running without any errors? i'm assuming you're using a tcp proxy? make sure the destination port that your proxy is protecting is 30000 (the emus port) in your proxy configuration

The emu runs perfectly, its only when i change the ip + port on the client.php when it stops at 76%. Yeah I am using a tcp proxy, I got the proxy from xznetworks. It should be protecting port 30000

If the hotel works when using the real IP and port then it's your proxy? Lol..
Although, what proxy are you using? Most of them are rubbish, also I recommend you add the R63B client.php not the old version.

I recommend an OVH dedi with the firewalls they provide or PipeGuard but they're not cheap to use. You could setup your own using a Linux server for a cheaper alternative.
