[PlusEMU] Alaska error

Currently using Jeff's & Mikee's Emulator "Alaska". And getting an error regarding an Frank Welcome Bot, do anyone know how to fix this error, many thanks in advance!

This is an issue with the daily gift from Frank. Input was invalid. DailyGiftBot line 37

Database needed fixing.

This is not always a database error! You can fix this by doing the following.
Go to Control Panel:

Then click on clock language and region

Click on Region and language

Now go to Additional settings...

At "Decimal symbol:" change , to .
And you ready to go!
