You're either running the wrong Plus Revision or whatever it is, or you aren't high enough rank. Do you get any errors when adding the code?

No errors? Are you adding this using Visual Studio then building the source?

Yes correct. Everything works fine in the EMU but 'Staff Chat' is not showing up. Thanks for your response.
