read what it says on the emu bro, It says "flat_id" Does not exist so go in your database via PHPMYADMIN ( As I see you using Xampp) and go to the users column and delete "flat_id" And restart your emulator. If you need help I can teamview you.

Update: It comes up with the Please wait, starting up, on my client now. But then it goes back to /me/
