Plus Emulator, how do I change the permissions for ranks?

Hey guys, I'm new with using PlusEMU and I'm wondering, how do I set permissions for ranks? I've set myself rank 9 which is the default rank for owner and I don't have many commands like ;enable <id>and ;fastwalk etc. If you could just tell me how to set the permissions or get a video done for me I will be very grateful. Thanks for reading and I hope you can help me ASAP.

Look at the permissions_commands table (I think)
group_id is the rank, you should be able to see the rank name/id in the permissions_groups table.
subscription_id is the VIP sub level, find this in the subscriptions or user_subscriptions table (Can't remember what it was)

Double check that the command you're trying to use is within your permission level (i.e Your Rank is the required group_id and your rank_vip is the required subscription_id)

Forgive me if I got any table / column names wrong. I cannot get to a plus DB to check right now as this WiFi blocks port 3389.
