Plus Emulator: Failed to connect

Ello, Whenever I try to run the Plus Emulator I get this error:

You must be registered for see links

I've edited my Config.ini right, and the config.php, but can't get it to work?
Any ideas?

It's a MYSQL error you most likely fucked up within the installation of MYSQL or if your using xampp messed up on some ports

It was to do with MYSQL installer, The password I put in, isn't correct. I'll see if I can re-install.
