Plus++ Emulator - Community Continuation of Plus Emulator

Thanks to @Sledmore for his great contributions to the community with plus emulator (and anyone else who has helped over the years, :applause: )

Plus++ (Pronounced as Plus, Plus plus; (Like C++)) is a public community continuation of Plus Emulator.
Currently the focus is on fully refactoring the code base so its up to standards.
Afterwards we will be adding in more features and fix more bugs.

Anyone is welcome to make any contribution they want. Wether thats just bug reports, features requests or code contributions, anything is welcome!

Short Summary:

• Upgraded project to .NET 6
• Added Dapper SQL support
• Added Dependency Injection throughtout the emulator
• Async handling of packets
• 8 Contributors and counting!!
