Plus Emu Proxy error? Need Secure_sessions to be 0?

Okay so I need the sql query that Fixes the Proxy setting its something like server_settings with the Secure_sessions being "0" And the Antiddos Edited too? I cant figure out how to design tables in Phpmyadmin... (gotta use for now until I can Buy Navicat lol)
