Hi, why i can't give Respect to other ppl in hotel? I can give respect only with my first account, but on the second one i can't do it, i just gave to second acc rank, but nothing...

Its probably your user_stats table. Try adding user to that table and restart your emu

Might be because DailyRespectPoints and DailyPetRespectPoints are set to 0 on half of the accounts. Check Habbo.cs to be sure there's an amount set to be given daily.
