Plus Client Stuck 76?

hello guys and girls i have a problem the vps will connect to the hotel fine when i try to connect with my own computer it sticks to 76 i change everything to the vps ip and nothing works when i change it to the vps ip the vps client gets stuck too,?

when i change it to that ip in the picture in client it sticks to 76 for everyone including vps when i change it to localhost it works on the vps but not for anyone eles??

1) You need to fix your firewall, that's completely fucked. You should have NO outbound connections added, they aren't needed. People are connecting INBOUND.

If you are using a proxy -> Inbound the Proxy Port otherwise you should only have an inbound of 30,000

Looked pretty obvious. The firewall looked horrific.
