I have a project at the beginning and I would like to know how to add plugins (reward commands, custom wireds, etc.) to my habbo (VPS)

Just place it in there and reboot the emulator.

There are some plugins that require additional tables, which you should have if you got the plugin legitimately. Don’t forget to run those SQLs before putting the plugin in the folder and rebooting.
