Plugged in not charging [HELP (also lol)]

Hello Devbest, Happy Halloween (Also my Devbest birthday )

I'm running Windows 8 and the battery is not charging at all and it is 4% (lol).

I've tried unplugging the battery and uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI battery control thing, which didn't work.
I keep getting a pop-up of this box too (which is really annoying):

If I don't find a solution I'm just going to return the laptop to the shop as it still has warranty (One month left today). The only problem of that is that they delete everything :L

Try taking the bactery out and putting it back in

Don't put the battery back in. Take it out, plug in the charger, and see if it turns on. If it does, you probably got a bum battery.

Try changing power outlet.
