Why dont you use RevCMS with the Habbo Theme. It has no exploits, so you wont get hacked!
Regarding the emulator issue, Your dropping connections, are you using hamachi. Explain a little more.

Never really used UberCMS, But im sure somebody here can help you with that. Sorry, but i would strongly suggest that you use RevCMS

I never used UberEMU at all. I use Pheonix Emulator, considering that have Pheonix. Im sure if you searched on google for a Fixed UberEMU you could find one.
