Absolutely not.

Someone took countless hours to code, and update this emulator and then released it for you to use freely. If you can't even figure out how to change the credits, then you must definitely didn't do anything to this code of this emulator and do not deserve to remove someone or add yourself. Using the emulator does not give you rights. Reporting this thread for it to be closed.

Why would you help him even slightly figure out how to do this? If he doesn't know how, he hasn't made any changes and therefore should not be allowed to remove or add anybody to the credits.

Although I don’t recommend you changing or surely not, removing the credits rights that’s where the file is located depending on the edit.
