Good luck on the hotel, maybe try something a bit more than something that other people would do.
Make a list of ideas then see if people have taken them or not, if they're not taken use them on your retro, & that'll make it unique
compared to the other retros.

Don't see much potential in your CMS content. It's properly organized, but not much "Custom" work put into it as it is sitting there bare with a couple of div containers out of place as well and no border amongst them, also seeing some spelling errors along some pages.. Other then the ranting I wish you best of luck on your Retro bud.
