About Hubbo
Hubbo is an online virtual world, namely “The internet’s coolest virtual world”. The goal of Hubbo is to become the internet’s most enjoyable virtual world for teens across the globe. Hubbo’s motivation is not money, it’s the feedback from our players and seeing that Hubbo is making the internet a better place everyone online.

About the Job
Your job as a Pixel Artist is to design and draw isometric new Hubbo furniture items, rooms, badges and clothing. You will be set tasks to create new game objects
This role is voluntary with bonus monetary payments to individuals that outperform the rest of the team and show real passion for their role and the future of the game.

Duties
- Designing and pixel drawing unique decoration items for the game.
- Designing and pixel drawing unique badges for players to earn through in-game events.
- Designing and pixel drawing unique clothing items for players to wear in the game.

Progression
There is room for progression in the team for individuals who show that they stand out from the rest and always meet targets.
There is also progression to other teams if you show that you are more suited to them roles and that you are happy to move teams.

Requirements
- Must have an understanding of isometric pixel art.
- Must be able to design with shadows and textures.
- Knowledge about Sprite sheets and tile sets.
- You must show passion in Hubbo and helping with the operations of Hubbo.
- Must be able to create concept art, mock-ups or sketches.
- Must have an eye for perfection.
- Must display example pieces of work.

Find it funny how your making it look like your retro is some big large company employing millions by the hour.

Anyway, there is not alot of people that would be willing to create unique furniture. They would want payments such as PayPal etc etc rather than being on a team. Some would, some wouldn't.
Beside that, good luck on your hiring process.
