Basically...
I'm Rank 8 (Owner) and I can view all categories including Event Staff and Admin that are below Super VIP. My Event Staff team can't seem to view "Event Staff" (they don't have admin) and rank 1 users cannot view anything below Pets Shop (they do not have access to view Exchange)
min_rank is set as accordingly, so is visibility, so is enabled.

I figured it could be something related to my order_num but whenever I lower the value in the table the category below it becomes invisible.
