PHPretro RP Registration Error.

Hai!
Okay, I'm using RastaLulz's RP CMS. But I've came across an error. When I click Register, It loads as usual, but when I go to type in my name (Katie-Barlow) It blanks out the other bit of the registration, so I click the magnifying glass to check the name and let me proceed.. But when I click the magnifying glass Nothing happens, like it doesn't check nor let me carry on.

I am also having this issue, since there was no reply to this thread I assume it was resolved? Any help???
