Hey I've just setup a new windows 2008 server which I had a R63 Pheonix setup running, I was thinking of going back and paying with some RP emulators from v28 when, I tried to install I got this error? does anyone know what the problem might be or how I might go fixing it? I've been searching google and devbest for a while and I haven't been able to find a whole lot? thanks it will be appreciated

Phpretro is outdated you could install on apache server then move everything to iis and convert the mod rewrite rules
