[PHPRetro] Avatars won't load + security page [PHPRetro]

Hi there, I got a problem with my avatars in PHPRetro.

Security Page
I dunno how to change that because I am newb in PHPRetro.. did anyone knows how to fix the avatars and the security page?

What's wrong with your security page?

When I will login, the security page comes up with: Acces denied! And if I logout, there comes a message that I can access the homepage in localhost.. but I want it public..

(BY MEMORY MIGHT NOT BE EXACT)
C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-xampp.conf
Scroll all the way down you will see a line like

<LocationMatch "^/(?i?:xampp|licenses|security|phpmyadmin|webalizer|server-status|server-info))">

Remove security from there And it should work <3

I PF already, I have deleted "security" in httpd-xampp.conf and it didn't worked..
