When I log in to my account and any other accounts it comes up with this if you are using my domain:

Access forbidden!

New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

but when I am on localhost/ it lets me on the me page.

How do I resolve this?

Well, I am no expert, but I am assuming you have to open this file via notepad, and do some sort of server configuration. Like for example, put in the URL of site where asked, etc

You need to configure the settings in httpd-xampp.conf, It things its a security issue.
