I'm looking for someone who can explain me the following:
I want to create a dynamic website that load's every page on the index.php, using PHP/Ajax/Json/jQuery/...

If you know how to do this, please help me out.

Assuming he means like the page is just a header and when I click for example "contact us" the contact form pops up but the page isnt changed... I think? Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not a mind reader like @Warden

Is it what chris does on lechris.io ?

This depends on if you are actually routing everything through the index.php file or just want mod_rewrite to make it seem like you are.

Pretty much, but honestly I don't know if that's what he's even wanting to do as he hasn't responded.

I guess you could use Angular.js for this.
