Php Retro Rp Edtion Admin Troubles

Hey guys. i got php retro rp edition set up. but its without the install file. lucklily i had it installed from before (housekeeping ect) but i dont have an admin account. so how do i make myself admin so i can log into housekeeping. isnt there a file i need to go into. help guys. i will offer chief nypd

oh and btw its rastalulz release of php my admin. so if anyone knowsa fix. post below, pm me or email me @

Just go to phpmyadmin, log in. Go to users collum then edit your username and make yourself rank 7! Tah.
