PHP MANAGER FOR IIS FAILING TO INSTALL

Hi I'm using windows 2012 vps, I'm trying to install features for my vps for my habbo retro but PHP manager for IIS keeps failing to install can someone please help?

PHP manager hasn't worked through iis installation in awhile, you can find it on google, someone has it on GitHub as an MSI download check here:
