When i goto my site i get this

Yeah I seen it after I posted that

It's a permissions error, you don't have permission to open the file.

To give permission to files or directories in Windows you can...

- Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the file or directory.
- Right click on it and select Properties.
- Select the Security tab
- Click the Add button
- Use the dialogue to grant Full Control to "Everyone"
