PhoenixPHP and UberEMU

I Was Wandering If A Phoenix Database Can Be Compatible With An UberEMU,
When I Set The Emulator Up And Connect It to my Database The Following Error Appears:

it can be just add the tables required like in picture above it says "phoenix3.fuserrights" meaning the table fuserrights is missin get a uber db and copy fuserrights to it
