Hey guys my phoenix emulator won't connect i'm getting this problem:

Thnx it worked but now i got another problem =_=

I got a new VPS but if i go to that IP [website] it's not going to it it says page not found and if i go to that IP on my vps it goes to there...

Got Xampp don't know a thing about IIS
