There are most users who have this problem, this is somewhat related to your database and also, I know this same problem has been resolved on another thread.

It's to do with your mySQL database as it says column 'Achievements' doesn't belong to table. You either need to re-configure your DB or try a different CMS. Also make sure your EMU and CMS are running through the same DB.
