Its your database, either re-index it, or get a clean one

It is your database, try re-doing your database and register using your PC, not VPS, as the emulator checks the ip_last so if it doesn't match your IP, you can change the ip_last to your account or you can just login on your VPS.

LOL. It is really licensed? You could find it under
Project Phoenix > Downloads > v13 Downloads

when i download it it only comes withthe 3.7.0 db... Yiikes D;

the ports on the client code is
30000
30001

Turn off your VPS firewall

If you are using IIS, portforward port 30001 and 30000 on Configuration > Windows Firewall Advanced ... > Inbound Rules, make rules for the port.
If you don't understand what I am saying, go to my tutorial and check the portforwarding part, that should atleast help out.

Check that you have used the cracked SWF also if you downloaded it from DCR-Project.
