Phoenix Emulator errors & exceptions

So I was looking at the emulator when these random errors & exceptions started occurring.
Note: This hasn't happened to me before

Seems like an ip or port issue for me, post your config or recheck them.

Seems like your TCP proxy host was having a problem so that exception threw.
